Ingredients:
- Uncooked Quick Oats 2 cup(s)
- Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 3 oz
- Pumpkin Pie Spice 2½ tsp
- Canned Pumpkin Puree 1 cup(s)
- Lily's Semi-Sweet Style Baking Chips 2 oz, about ⅓ cup
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Add the pumpkin puree and stir well with a silicone spatula until evenly moistened.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions (about 2 tbsp each) and roll each into a ball.
- Place the balls on a plate or platter; refrigerate until firmer, at least 1 hour.
- Serving size: 1 ball
