  • Plain fat-free Greek yogurt  ¾ cup(s)
  • Scallions  1½ Tbsp, or chives, chopped
  • Dijon mustard  1½ Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce  2 tsp
  • Kosher salt  ⅜ tsp
  • Garlic powder  ⅜ tsp
  • Cooked asparagus  12 spear(s)
  • Deli-sliced turkey breast  6 slice(s), halved
  • Hard-boiled egg  3 large egg(s), halved
  • Everything bagel seasoning blend  1 tsp
  • Cooked frozen shrimp  12 oz
  • Grapes  2 cup(s)
  • Edamame in pods  2 cup(s), steamed
  • Baby carrots  1 cup(s), halved lengthwise
  • Dry roasted chickpeas (no oil)  1 cup(s)
  • Unsweetened dill pickle  ¾ cup(s), baby variety
  • Radishes  ½ cup(s), sliced, sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, scallions, mustard, Worcestershire, kosher salt, and garlic powder.
  2. Wrap each asparagus spear with 1 piece of turkey.
  3. Sprinkle the egg halves with everything bagel seasoning.
  4. On a large board or sheet pan, arrange the yogurt sauce, wrapped asparagus, egg halves, shrimp, grapes, edamame, carrots, chickpeas, pickles, and radishes.
  5. Serving size: one-sixth of each item on the board
