Try these fitness quickies during commercial breaks while watching TV or between Netflix episodes.
- Keep a light hand weight by the phone or TV and get in a few biceps curls. Lift and lower the weight slowly and steadily to max results.
- Climb mall escalator steps as you ascend or better yet, take the stairs.
- Do Standing Push-Ups against the wall.
- Get in a round of jumping jacks. Stop and rest as often as you need to; pretty soon you’ll be able to do a full minute without stopping.
